Using the "Conference Manager" software ̈ Enter the max. number of speakers who can take the floor simultaneously into the "Microphone Limit" field. Setting the maximum number of requests to speak The setting adjusted in the "Request Limit" field becomes effective only if you are using a chairperson unit ("Request" mode) or if you have selected "Direct Access" mode. The duration of the speaking time limit, the advance warning time, and the activation of an optical warning signal can be set individually. If you make a new request to speak, the speaking time countdown is started again. ̈ Tick/untick the "Talk Time Limitation" check box.
