Chapter 1 Getting to Know Your ZyWALL 1.3.2 VPN Application ZyWALL VPN is an ideal cost-effective way to securely connect branch offices, business partners and telecommuters over the Internet without the need (and expense) for leased lines between sites. " At the time of writing, only ZyWALL 5 supports 3G, so all 3G descriptions relate to ZyWALL 5 only. See Section 9.4 on page 192 for more information about 3G. With both the primary WAN (physical WAN port) and 3G WAN connections enabled, you can use load balancing to improve quality of service and maximize bandwidth utilization or set one of the WAN connections as a backup.
