Refer to Section 3.3 on page 63 for more information on the RESET button. 33.10 The Restart Screen System restart allows you to reboot the ZyWALL without turning the power off. Click MAINTENANCE > Restart. Click Restart to have the ZyWALL reboot. Restart is different to reset; (see Section on page 598) reset returns the device to its default configuration. The diagnostics files contain the ZyWALL's configuration and diagnostic information. You may need to generate this file and send it to customer support during troubleshooting. Click MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics to open the following screen. " The ZyWALL sends only one diagnostic e-mail within five minutes (unless you click Perform Diagnostics Now).
