For an internal call, if your telephone defaults to an external line or if you inadvertently choose an external line, select an internal line. 2 Use the display panel to find and dial the last name in the user directory, find and dial one of the numbers in a speed dial directory, or dial the person's 3-digit or 4-digit extension.
