Getting Started Unpacking the Printer 1 Select a well-ventilated area as the location to set up your printer. Make sure you have a sturdy, low table or the optional printer cabinet on which to set the printer. Allow at least 304.8 mm (12 in.) of clearance on all sides of the printer.
