Caring for Your Printer Solving Printer Problems Option Problems Problem Option does not operate correctly after it is installed. 204 Solving Printer Problems Action If your printer is an Optra S 1855, make sure the option is marked with a colored circle, indicating that it is compatible with an Optra S 1855. Optional Drawers: Make sure the connection between drawers (250-sheet drawer, 500-sheet drawer, dual 500sheet drawer, which is standard for the Optra S 2455) or the connection between a drawer and the printer is secure. See "Installing an Optional Drawer" on page 256. Make sure the print material is loaded correctly. See "Loading a Paper Tray" on page 146. Optional Envelope Feeder: Make sure the connection between the envelope feeder and the printer is secure. See "Installing the Envelope Feeder" on page 262.
