Caring for Your Printer Problem Option does not operate correctly after it is installed. Action Flash Memory Option: The connection is made by plugging the card into the connector on the printer system board. See "Installing a Flash Memory Option" on page 304. Check that it is securely connected in the appropriate position. Printer Memory Option: The connection is made by plugging the card into one of the two connectors on the printer system board. See "Installing a Printer Memory Option" on page 300. Check that it is securely connected in the appropriate position.
