Using Your Printer Tests Menu Selections (Continued) Menu Item Values and Functions of the Menu Items Job Acct Stat Hex Trace Print Clear The Job Acct Stat menu item does not display if the hard disk option is defective or is Read/Write or Write protected. 61 Defective Disk displays during printer power on. See 61 Defective Disk on page 189 for more information. Select Print to print a job accounting statistics listing. See Job Accounting on page 94 for more information on Job Accounting Statistics. Select ClearJob Acct Stat to clear all job accounting statistics data stored on the hard disk. Note: The job accounting statistics data is cleared without warning once this operation is selected. Press Select to enter Hex Trace mode. Select Hex Trace to isolate the source of a print job problem. With Hex Trace selected, all data sent to the printer is printed in hexadecimal and character representation. Control codes are not executed. To exit Hex Trace, turn the printer Off (O) or perform a reset. To reset the printer, press Menu> or or
