Section 6 - Securing Your Network Configuring IP Policies Path: Security > Authentication > User Database > Groups The following procedure describes how to configure IP-specific policies for user groups. Using this procedure, you can allow or deny the users in a user group to log in to the wireless controllers' web management interface from a particular network or IP address. 1. Click Security > Authentication > User Database > Groups. 2. Click the Add IP Policies button. The IP Policies Configuration page will appear. 3. Complete the fields in the table below and click Save. The address you defined will appear in the Defined Addresses area. Field Group Name Source Address Type Network Address/IP Address Mask Length Description Select a group name from the drop-down menu. Choices are: • IP Address = specifies a particular IP address. • IP Network = specifies an entire IP network. Enter the network or IP address. Enter a subnet mask. D-Link DWC-2000 User Manual 171
