Section 10 - Troubleshooting Using Diagnostic Tools on the Wireless Controller Ping an IP Address Path: Maintenance > Management > Diagnostics > Network Tools As part of the diagnostics functions on the wireless controller, you can ping an IP address. You can use this function to test connectivity between the wireless controller and another device on the network connected to the wireless controller. 1. Go to Maintenance > Management > Diagnostics > Network Tools. 2. Under Command Output for Ping and Traceroute, in the IP Address / Domain Name field, enter an IP address or domain name. 3. Ping an IP Address
Path: Maintenance > Management > Diagnostics > Network Tools
As part of the diagnostics functions on the wireless controller, you can ping an IP address. You can use this
function to test connectivity between the wireless controller and another device on the network connected to
the wireless controller.
