Installing the IDSDM module Prerequisites 1. Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions. 2. Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system. 3. Remove the air shroud. Steps 1. Locate the IDSDM connector on the system board. To locate IDSDM, see the System board jumpers and connectors section. 2. Align and insert the IDSDM module into the connector on the system board, until it is firmly seated. 3. Push IDSDM module until it is firmly seated in the connector on the system board. Figure 58.
