When you delete a VLAN (no interface vlan vlan-id command), any interfaces assigned to that VLAN are assigned to the default VLAN as untagged interfaces. Configure a port-based VLAN, enter INTERFACE-VLAN mode for VLAN related configuration tasks and create a VLAN. Configure a port in Access mode and configure which VLAN carries the traffic for that interface.
