Chapter 8 Working With Company Email and Meeting Requests 163 8.6 Finding Contacts in the Company Directory You can access information of your work contacts, such as their email addresses, from your company's Company Directory on your phone. By having over-the-air access to the Company Directory, you can easily send email messages and meeting requests to anyone in your company. Access to the Company Directory is available only if the Outlook E-mail work account on your phone syncs with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 SP2 or higher, and you have completed your first synchronization with the Exchange Server. When browsing contacts 1. Sync with the Exchange Server. For instructions, see "Synchronizing With the Exchange Server" in this chapter. 2. While browsing through your contacts list, tap Menu > Company Directory. 3. Enter a partial or full contact name and tap Search. In the search results list, tap a contact. 4. You can then save the contact from the Company Directory to your phone, make a call to the contact, send an email, and more. You can search for the following information as long as that information is included in the Company Directory: First name, Last name, Email name, Display name, Email address, or Office location. In a new email message, tap To (or tap Menu > Add Recipient), and then tap the Company tab at the bottom of the screen.
