You need to remove the back cover before you can install the battery, SIM card, and microSD card. Removing the back cover Remove the back cover to access the battery compartment, SIM card slot, and storage card slot. 1. Hold your phone securely. 2. Pull from the gap on the top panel as shown. 3. Carefully remove the back cover.
