17 Basics Status and notifications Status icons Here are some of the essential status icons that appear on the status bar: Signal strength Battery is full 4G LTE connected Battery is charging 4G LTE in use 3G/HSPA connected 3G/HSPA in use Battery is low (20% remaining) Battery is very low (10% or less remaining) Bluetooth is on GPRS/EDGE connected Connected to a Bluetooth device GPRS/EDGE in use Airplane mode No signal Wired headset connected Connected to a Wi-Fi® network Wired microphone headset connected Notification icons Notification icons on the status bar make it easy for you to keep on top of your messages, calendar events, and alarms.
