To reset statistics: 1. Select Monitor > Statistics > Reset All Statistics. 2. Click the button for the statistics you want to reset. A message is displayed indicating whether the reset succeeded. Displaying Notification Events The Show Notification Events panel shows events that have occurred that were selected for Visual Notification. This panel specifies how many notification events are pending and shows up to a configured maximum number of events. To change the maximum number of events to show, see "Configuring Visual Alerts" on page 55. To show visual events: 1. Select Monitor > Status > Show Notification. If events have occurred, the following information is displayed: ■ Severity Level - Critical, Warning, or Info. ■ Date/Time - Year, month, day, and time when the event occurred. ■ Event Code - Event code that assists service personnel when diagnosing problems. ■ Event Serial Number - An identifier for the event. The prefix (A or B) indicates which controller logged the event. ■ Message - Information about the event. ■ Alert Method - Icons representing the notification methods configured for this event type: ■ - Visual alert ■ - Email alert ■ - SNMP trap 2.
