Table 37 CFL Extension Error Conditions Error Condition An error (1310 69052) occurs. Probable Cause / Recommended Action • JRE with support for additional languages is not installed. Install JRE with support for additional languages according to the procedure in "Installing JRE with Support for Additional Languages" (page 121). • The appropriate version of Apache is not installed in the SVP (server). Contact HP technical support (see "Calling HP Technical Support" (page 138)). An error (0001 4011) occurs when An RMI time-out occurs because the processing of CFL Extension has been resuming the suspended processing of suspended. Execute the CFL Extension command again. Clearing Cache of Java and Web Browsers When an error occurs on Remote Web Console, clear cache for both Java and the web browser to solve the problem. • For JRE 1.4: To clear cache, click Clear on the upper right of the Cache dialog box of the Java Plug-in Control Panel. See "JRE 1.4" (page 23). • For JRE 5.0 or JRE 6.0: To clear cache, click Delete the temporary files on the bottom of the General dialog box of the Java Control Panel. • For Internet Explorer: To clear cache, select Tools and Internet Options from the menu bar of Internet Explorer, and then click the General tab. Click Delete Files in the middle of the General dialog box. • For Mozilla: To clear cache, select Edit and then Preferences from the menu bar of Mozilla. In the displayed dialog box, click Advanced and Cache, and then click Clear Cache. Calling HP Technical Support If you need to call HP technical support, make sure you can provide as much information about the problem as possible. Include the circumstances surrounding the error or failure, the Remote Web Console configuration information saved on the floppy disks by the FD Dump Tool, the exact content of any messages displayed on the Remote Web Console computer, and the severity levels and reference codes displayed on the Alerts window of the Remote Web Console main window (see "Alerts Window" (page 67)).
