Figure 22 Warning - Hostname Mismatch Dialog Box Using Windows Server 2003/2008 If you are using a Windows Server 2003/2008 computer, a message as shown in Figure 23 (page 41) may appear during the login operation. If this message appears, take the following steps: 1. Click Add in the message box. The Trusted sites dialog box appears (see "Trusted sites Dialog Box (Internet Explorer)" (page 34)). 2. In Add this Website to the zone, enter the IP address of the SVP that you want to log in. 3. Click Add. The URL of the SVP is added to the Websites list. 4. Click Close. The Trusted sites dialog box closes. The operation mode is View mode when you log in to Remote Web Console. • Modify mode locks the setting operation of other users so that they cannot change the settings of the storage system. You must operate in Modify mode to change the settings of the storage system. You also need the operation privileges of the function to change the settings of the storage system. For detailed information on setting operation privileges, see "Changing User Operation Privileges" (page 103). Only one user can be in Modify mode for each storage system. Using Windows Server 2003/2008
If you are using a Windows Server 2003/2008 computer, a message as shown in

Changing Between View Mode and Modify Mode
Remote Web Console has two operation modes: Modify and View.
View mode is for viewing the settings of the storage system. The operation mode is View mode
when you log in to Remote Web Console.
Modify mode locks the setting operation of other users so that they cannot change the settings
of the storage system.
You must operate in Modify mode to change the settings of the storage system. You also need
the operation privileges of the function to change the settings of the storage system. For detailed
information on setting operation privileges, see
“Changing User Operation Privileges”
