Removing the shuttle 1. Power-off the server, if it is on. 2. Disconnect the power cord for each power supply from the electrical outlet. Attention: The presence of ac standby power might result in damage to the hardware unless you disconnect the power cord for each power supply from the electrical outlet. 3. Remove the top cover (see "Removing the top cover" on page 62). 4. Disconnect the shuttle (see "Disconnecting the shuttle" on page 128.) 5. Place one hand on the handle at the front portion of the shuttle, and place the other hand on the ledge at the rear of the shuttle. 6. Lift the shuttle at an angle with the rear of the shuttle being removed first and remove the shuttle from the server.
