MENU SCREEN OPERATION 12 D PTT lock Turns the PTT lock function ON and OFF. Transmission with [PTT] is inhibited when ON is selected to prevent accidental transmission, etc. (default: OFF) PTT LOCK rOFF ON PTT LOCK OFF rON D Busy lockout Turns the busy lockout function ON and OFF. This function inhibits transmission while receiving a signal or when the squelch is open. This function cuts transmis- sion OFF after 1, 3, 5 or 10 min. of continuous transmission. This timer can be cancelled. • OFF : The time-out timer is turned OFF.
