14 Troubleshooting Job History window The Job History window lists all of the messages that were generated during the workflow of the selected job. You can view the job title and owner (the user name of the system from which the job originated) near the top of the window. Job title Sender Show Type Job Information The job's file name. The user that sent the file to print. Click one of the icon types (Information, Warning, or Error) to view or not view (toggle) those message types in the Job History window. There are three types of messages: ● Information ● Warning ● Error
