Main Mode ACCESS: DEVICE: SHOOT: SCENARIO: NEWS: MEMO: The date of the last update and other information (CREATOR, CREATION DATE, LAST UPDATE DATE, LAST UPDATE PERSON) Manufacturer, serial number, and model name of recording equipment. Date when recording started and ended, etc. (SHOOTER, START DATE, END DATE, ALTITUDE, LONGITUDE, LATITUDE, SOURCE, PLACE NAME) Program name, scene number, and other information. (PROGRAM NAME, SCENE NO., TAKE NO.) Reporter, purpose and object Text memo number, OFFSET, PERSON, TEXT THUMBNAIL: PROXY: ◆ NOTE: • Location is indicated in frame numbers from the start. • Up to 1000 characters of text can be added, but only the first 500 characters will be displayed. • Use the Left/Right cursor buttons to move text numbers. Frame location (normally, start: 0) of video that makes up the thumbnail and its size (width, height) Detailed information on proxy data (format, video codec, etc.) ◆ NOTE: • Bold items indicate clip meta data that can be changed. Changing clip meta data Use the steps below to change clip meta data. 3 2,3 5 2 Use the Up/Down/Left/Right cursor buttons to select the meta data you want to revise and press the SET button. Data that can be revised is indicated as "TEXT", like in the illustration below. 3 Use the Up/Down/Left/Right cursor buttons to move to the item you want to change and press the SET button. The screen for changing meta data appears. (➝ "Using a Keyboard" page 80) 4 Select OK after completing your changes. Changes made to the meta data are saved to the clip and the meta data display reappears. Use EXIT to cancel the entry and return to the previous display. ◆ NOTE: • To delete latitude and longitude, enter a blank for altitude. They cannot be deleted separately. • Note that the meta data of an incomplete clip with an indicator cannot be revised. Insert the P2 card/s with the remainder of the clip. • MEMO of meta data item to which a 100 character or larger memo has been attached cannot be revised. 5 Press the EXIT button to end processing. 1 Display clip meta data.
