Preparation Before Use > Using the Address Book 8 Press [i-FAX]. Address: Name E-mail SMB Mode Simple i-FAX Address Resolution Compression Paper Size : : 200x200dpi : MH : A4/Letter FTP FAX Via Server On i-FAX Change Change Status Cancel Back 9 Press [Change] of i-FAX Address. Save 02/02/2013 10:10 10Enter the destination i-FAX address (E-mail address) and press [OK]. Up to 128 characters can be entered. If the other machine supports Direct SMTP, enter the IP address of the other machine. NOTE For details on character entry, refer to Character Entry Method on page 11-2. 11Press [ ] of Mode and select [Simple] or [Full]. Transmission mode Description Simple mode Transmission confirmation is not sent to the destination machine. Full mode Transmission confirmation is sent to the destination machine. 12Press [ ] of Via Server and select [On] or [Off]. When this setting is set to [Off], transmission takes place by direct SMTP (not through an e-mail server). When this setting is set to [On], transmission takes place by the currently used i-FAX method (through an e-mail server). 13Press [Change] of Paper Size. 2-10
