FAX Operation (Advanced) > Printing/Sending Received Faxes by Requirements (Memory Forwarding) Key Address Book E-mail Addr Entry Folder Path Entry FAX No. Entry i-FAX Addr Entry Description Select the destination registered in the Address Book or Ext Address Book Forward originals in e-mail transmission. Enter the e-mail address of the other party to which you will forward the received originals. Forward originals with folder (SMB) transmission or folder (FTP) transmission. Enter the Host Name, Path, Login User Name, and Login Password of the other party to which you will forward the received originals. Forward originals to another fax. Enter the recipient's fax number using the numeric keys and set the transmission details. When [New Destination Entry] is set to [Prohibit], the numeric keys cannot be used to enter a fax number. For details, refer to Send and Forward on page 4-55. Forward originals using i-FAX. Enter the Internet FAX address of the recipient and set the conditions for the destination machine. NOTE To edit a registered destination, select the destination to be edited from the list, press [Detail/Edit] and edit the information. To remove a registered destination, select the destination to be removed from the list and press [Delete]. 9 Press [OK]. 10You can change the following settings as necessary. z File format setting z E-mail Subject Add. Info setting z FTP Encrypted TX setting z File Separation NOTE For details on above settings, refer to Forwarding Detail Settings on page 4-26. 11Press [OK]. 12You can change the following settings. z Number of Copies z Enable time setting z File name registration NOTE For details on above settings, refer to Forwarding Detail Settings on page 4-26. 13Press [OK]. 4-20
