Again, under most circumstances the default setting of "Automatic" is adequate, and no specific user action is required. Destination Tab The Destination Tab allows you to choose the output of your print job. Output Settings If the Output Settings is set to Printer, the print job is sent to your printer. If you want to send the print job to a file for printing later, click Print to file. You will be prompted for a file name when you print. Note that the file you create when you print to file can only be printed on a SuperScript 870 printer. To copy this file to the printer, use the DOS copy command.
