Deleting a component

Deleting a component (Standard mode) You can delete unnecessary components (Component key). Delete a component w hen the existing component is no longer necessary, such as w hen you replace an AV component. Note If you delete a component, any XPRESS key that includes that component w ill also be deleted. So proceed w ith caution, being careful not to delete necessary data. 1. Click the "Standard" tab in the low er left of the screen to sw itch to Standard m ode. 2. Click "Edit Com pone nt" in the uppe r le ft of the s cre e n. 3. Click the com ponent you w ant to delete from the com ponent list on the right side. 4. Click "De le te " at the bottom of the s cre e n. A dialog box appears for you to confirm the deletion. 5. Click "Ye s ." The component selected in step 3 is deleted. Page 30

Deleting a component (Standard mode)
You can delete unnecessary components (Component key).
Delete a component w hen the existing component is no longer necessary, such as w hen you replace an AV component.
Note
If you delete a component, any
XPRESS key
that includes that component w ill also be deleted. So proceed w ith caution, being careful not to delete necessary
data.
1.
Click the "Standard" tab in the low er left of the screen to sw itch to Standard mode.
2.
Click "Edit Component" in the upper left of the screen.
3.
Click the component you want to delete from the component list on the right side.
4.
Click "Delete" at the bottom of the screen.
A dialog box appears for you to confirm the deletion.
5.
Click "Yes."
The component selected in step 3 is deleted.
