Change the directory to the floppy by entering the following:
cd /mnt/suXX
(XX=SuSE version number, e.g. 72, 73, 80)

Run the setup by entering the following:
./setup
Setup creates an /update directory and copies all files from the /
mnt/suXX directory to the /update directory. The 3w-xxxx.o
module is then loaded, and the message “Setup complete and
driver loaded” appears.
Note:
If this message is not displayed, verify that the cor-
rect directory was used in step 5 and repeat step 6. If the
