Appendix Appendix B Warranty, Technical Support and Service Limited Warranty 3-Year Hardware Warranty: 3WARE, INC. warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of original purchase. 3ware, at no charge and at its option, will repair or replace any part of this product which proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement products will be provided by 3ware on an exchange basis and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. Products or parts replaced under this provision shall become the property of 3ware. Software Warranty: 3WARE, INC. will replace a defective media purchased with this product for a period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
