Menu Selection Table You can probably perform most of these programming settings without the Owner's Manual. To help you understand the menu selections, options and settings that are found in the MFC programs, use the Menu Selection Table below. Main Menu Submenu 1. GENERAL 1. PAPER SIZE SETUP Menu Selections - Options LETTER LEGAL Descriptions Selects size of paper for received faxes. Page 4-1 2. DATE/TIME 3. STATION ID 4. VOLUME A4 Enter date and time - - for the LCD display and heading on fax 4-2 transmissions. - - 1. RING 2. BEEPER OFF LOW MED HIGH OFF LOW Program your name, fax number and telephone number to appear 4-3 on each transmitted page. Adjusts ring volume. 4-5 Adjusts beeper volume. 4-5 3. SPEAKER HIGH OFF LOW MED HIGH Adjusts speaker volume. 4-5 Note The factory setting (option) is shown in bold. ON-SCREEN PROGRAMMING 3-2
