Low-Carb Cinnamon Bread Low-Carb Cycle Delay Start Timer- No Ingredients Low-carb vanilla yogurt Heavy cream Molasses Large - 2 pounds 11⁄4 cups 21⁄2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Medium - 11⁄2 pounds 1 cup 2 tablespoons 1 tablespoon Salt Whole wheat flour Vital wheat gluten Barley flour Oat flour Almond flour Chopped pecans Ground cinnamon Pure vanilla extract Yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine 3⁄4 teaspoon 11⁄4 cups 2⁄3 cup 1⁄2 cup 2⁄3 cup 1 cup 2⁄3 cup 11⁄4 teaspoons 11⁄4 teaspoons 21⁄4 teaspoons 1⁄2 teaspoon 1 cup 1⁄2 cup 1⁄4 cup 1⁄2 cup 3⁄4 cup 1⁄2 cup 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon 21⁄4 teaspoons Place ingredients, in the order listed, in the bread pan fitted with the kneading paddle. Place the bread pan in the Cuisinart™ Convection Bread Maker. Press Menu and select Low Carb. Press Crust and select Medium (or to taste). Press Loaf and select dough size. Press Start to mix, knead, rise and bake. When cycle is completed, remove bread from machine and transfer to wire rack to cool. Bread slices best when allowed to cool.
