3 Open the system. See "Opening the System" on page 80. 4 Disconnect the control panel cable at back of the control panel board. See Figure 3-24. CAUTION: Do not pull on the cable to unseat the connector. Doing so can damage the cable. a Press the metal tabs on the ends of the cable connector. b Gently work the connector out of the socket. 5 Disconnect the display module cable from the control panel board. See Figure 3-24. 6 Remove the two screws that secure the control panel board to the system chassis and remove the board. 7 To remove the display module, use a knife or a small flat-blade screwdriver, insert the blade beneath the front panel of the display and slide the blade across the bottom to lift the panel outward. See Figure 3-24. 8 Bend the panel upward to allow access to the mounting screws. 9 Remove the two screws that secure the display module to the system chassis. 10 Remove the display module from the chassis cutout.
