Installing a Server Module NOTICE: Follow this procedure carefully-it is possible to insert the server module upside-down, which may damage the chassis midplane and the server module. 1 Orient the server module so that its top side is up. The server module is correctly oriented for installation when its components have the characteristics described below: a The server module's upper handle is above (outside) the lower handle. The upper handle has the DELL logo™ on it, extends farther out than the lower handle, and has a release latch on its inside. See Figure 3-12. b The upper edge of the server module has "TOP-SIDE" engraved in it. See Figure 3-12. Figure 3-12.
