3.7 Detecting Multifeeds "Multifeed" is an error that occurs when two or more sheets are accidentally fed into the ADF at the same time. You can set the scanner to display an error message or ring the buzzer when the scanner detects a multifeed. Multifeed Detection can be set either through the scanner driver dialog box or through "Software Operation Panel". Refer to "8.4 Multifeed Detection" on page 175 for details on set up multifeed detection through "Software Operation Panel". The following shows the procedure for changing the settings in the [TWAIN Driver] dialog box. 1. Start TWAIN Driver from your scanning application.
