Refer to page 52 for more information on accessing the printer driver. z Ensure that the cable from the Mailbox with Stapler is plugged into the printer parallel connector. If not, turn the printer off and plug the cable into the parallel connector, then turn the printer back on. See page 210 for cabling configurations. z Ensure that all bins are properly installed. z If the printer still does not recognize the Mailbox with Stapler, contact you dealer or authorized HP service provider.
