This installation manual is written in a logical, step by step format for quick and easy installation of the D640 printer and all available accessories. A typical installation will take about 1 to 2 hours to complete. We strongly encourage you to follow the procedures in the order they are presented to avoid missing any critical steps. You may need the following tools to complete the installation: • Cutter to remove packaging straps • Pliers to remove shipping lock inserts • #2 Phillips head screwdriver (to install HCI, HCO, and/or Memory). • Medium flat blade screwdriver (to install HCO).
