Using Various Functions > Functions Available on the Machine Functions Job Finish Notice File Separation Description Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete. Creates several files by dividing scanned original data page by page, and sends the files. Reference page page 6-25 page 6-32 Printing Documents Function key Paper Selection Collate Duplex Quiet Mode Color Selection Description Select the cassette or multi-purpose tray that contains the required paper size. Offsets the output by page or set. Print a document on both sides of the paper. Lower print and scan speed for quiet processing. Select the color mode setting. Functions EcoPrint Job Finish Notice Priority Override Encrypted PDF Password JPEG/TIFF Print XPS Fit to Page Description EcoPrint saves toner when printing. Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete. Suspends the current job and gives a new job top priority. Enter the preassigned password to print the PDF data. Select the image size when printing JPEG or TIFF files. Reduces or enlarges the image size to fit to the selected paper size when printing XPS file.
