DigitalDot coverage Report System Settings The digitaldot coverage report indicates the number of copying volume that has been made. It also shows the black toner coverage in percentage for individual paper sizes including the following. • Total toner coverage • Toner coverage for copying • Toner coverage for printing The copying volume as calculated from information indicated on digitaldot coverage reports will not match the guaranteed volume given on toner containers exactly. The actual copying volume supported depends on conditions of use (such as the content of copies and the frequency of single or consecutive copies), as well as environmental factors (temperature and humidity). NOTE: Before printing reports, be sure that the cassette is loaded with 11 × 8 1/2" (or A4) paper. 1 Press the System Menu/Counter key. 2 Press [Print Report].
