Sysadmin Account Default Login Values On factory default EMG units, the local user sysadmin account has the following default login values. EMG units manufactured on or after January 1, 2020 and installed with firmware version 8.2.0.1 or later: username: sysadmin password: the last 8 characters of the Device ID. If the Device ID is not set, the password is the last 8 characters of the serial number. EMG units manufactured before January 1, 2020 and installed with firmware version 8.2.0.0: username: sysadmin password: PASS If you don't know when the EMG unit was manufactured, you can do the following to identify whether the device-unique sysadmin password is supported and enabled on the hardware.
