8 [Administration] Tab Page „ Deleting the data from local folder An administrator can delete information such as scanned data, transmission data, and reception data that are stored in the local folder using the Save as file function. It is recommended to delete the stored data periodically to maintain the hard disk. Deleting data 1 Start TopAccess access policy mode. P.22 "Access Policy Mode" 2 Click the [Administration] tab. 3 Click the [Maintenance] menu and [Delete Files] submenu. The Delete Files submenu page is displayed. 4 Select the check box of data that you want to delete and click [Delete Files]. You can set the following in this page.
