Displays the file number to identify the received job. Displays the date and time of receiving the job. Displays the time taken for the receptions. If it takes more than 1 hour, "59:59" is indicated. Displays the number of pages of the received job. Displays the sender's name of the received job. Displays the fax number or E-mail address of the sender for the received job. Displays the department code if the department management is enabled. Displays the reception mode*. Displays the result of the reception. Displays the line used. Displays the user account name of the owner of the received job. Displays the domain name or LDAP server of the user account who was the owner of the received job. * The reception mode is displayed by a combination of a 2-digit letter code, a 3-digit numeric code, and up to a 4-digit supplemental code.
