Check to make sure that the filter is set to All Appointments. Deleting an event 1 Highlight the event you want to delete. 2 Press Menu (right softkey) and select Delete Appointment. 3 Select Yes to confirm the deletion. Customizing Calendar 1 Press Menu (right softkey) and select Tools > Options. 2 On the General tab, set any of the following options: Start in: Specifies which view is displayed when you open Calendar. 1st day of week: Specifies Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week for all Calendar views. Week view: Specifies whether five, six, or seven days appear in Week View. Show half hour slots: Specifies whether time slots appear in hour or half-hour increments in Day View and Week View.
