Configuring the Machine Using Web Image Monitor ❖ NetBIOS over TCP Item Status Computer Name Workgroup Name Description Shows whether the NetBIOS protocol is active. Enter the display name for the machine on the NetBIOS network. Can contain up to 15 characters. Enter the workgroup to which the machine will belong. Can contain up to 15 characters. Configuring the Network Application Settings Click the [Network Application] tab on the network settings page to configure the network application settings. 8 ❖ Network Scan Settings Item E-mail FTP Folder Max Size ❖ Network Print Settings Item IPP FTP RAW 258 Description Select to enable the Scan to E-mail feature. Select to enable the Scan to FTP feature. Select to enable the Scan to Folder feature. Select the maximum size of scan files that can be attached to an e-mail message (1 to 5 MB, or unlimited). Description Select to enable network printing using Internet Print Protocol (via TCP port 631/80). Select to enable network printing using an embedded FTP server in the machine (via TCP port 20/21). Select to enable network raw printing.
