• Device Name: Your device's default name displays on screen. Touch to change the device name. Available when Bluetooth is turned On. • Discoverable: Control your phone's visibility to other devices' Bluetooth searches. Touch to turn On or Off. Available when Bluetooth is turned On. • Scan for devices: Touch to scan for nearby discoverable devices. After searching, touch a device to pair with it. For more information, see "Pairing with a Bluetooth Device" on page 64. VPN settings The VPN settings menu allows you to set up and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). For more information, refer to "Adding a VPN connection" on page 65. Important!: Before you can use a VPN you must establish and configure one. Mobile networks Set options for network selection and data services while roaming. Important!: Depending on your service plan, changes you make to Mobile Networks settings may incur extra charges. Set these options: • 3G data: To activate the data network, this option must be selected. It is set on by default. • Data roaming: Enable or disable connections to data services when your device is roaming on another network. For more information about roaming, see "Roaming" on page 10. • System select: Change the roaming mode for CDMA networks. - Cricket only: Restrict your phone to your home network's coverage area. When outside the coverage area, your phone will not roam, and call functions and other wireless features will not be available. - Automatic: Allow your phone to automatically acquire service based on default settings, using your Wireless Provider's network and the networks of roaming partners. Call settings North American dialing When enabled, North American dialing automatically adds the North American International Dialing Code (011) to international numbers you dial. Tip: Enabling North American dialing disables the International dialing setting. ᮣ From the Home screen, press Menu ➔ Settings ➔Call settings ➔ North American dialing to enable or disable North American dialing. A check mark displays in the check box when enabled.

Device Name
