2. Touch one of the following options: • Automatic: you are connected to the first available network when roaming. • Manual: the phone begins searching for available networks. Touch the radio button next to the network with which you want to connect and touch Select. If a connection is available, you are connected. 3. Touch Select. Memory Settings To access Memory Settings: 1. From Idle mode, touch Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Memory settings. Clear phone memory From this menu you can clear the memory for Files, Messages, Phonebook entries, Calendar entries, Tasks, or Memo. You can all select All to clear everything listed. From this menu you can reset your phone and sound settings to the default settings. 1. Touch one of the applications to clear, or touch All to clear all the memory settings. 2. Touch Clear. 3. Enter you password in the Password field and touch Confirm. 4. At the Clear? prompt, touch Yes to confirm your action. Memory Card Details 1. From Idle mode, touch Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Memory settings ➔ Memory card details. The details display. 2. Touch one of the following options: • Format: allows you to erase all the data on the inserted memory card and formats it for your phone. • Rename: allows you to rename this memory card (if a name was assigned).
