Preparation Setting the Area, Date and Time Example: Setting the date to June 2, 2002 (JUN. 2. 2002) and the time to 10:30 am (10:30 AM) in New York. Notes: • Before performing the procedure below, make sure that the lithium battery has been installed (see page 13). • If you are in an area that observes daylight saving time, set the time to the standard time.
