Type y to format another blank disk. You do not have to press the Enter key. If you press n , you see the MS-DOS prompt A> and you can remove your formatted disk. (10) In step (2) you type format without /S and press the ENTER key. Doing so does not copy the MS-DOS system files to your disk and the message System transferred does not appear on the screen. Normally you include /S when you are formatting disk that will contain program files (as opposed to data files). 7-35
