Read and follow the safety instructions that came with the product. 1 Turn off the system, including any attached peripherals, and disconnect the system from the electrical outlet. 2 Open the system. See "Opening the System" on page 89. 3 Locate the USB connector on the system board. 4 Insert the USB memory key into the USB connector. See Figure 3-18. 5 Close the system. See "Closing the System" on page 90. 6 Reconnect the system to its electrical outlet and turn the system on, including any attached peripherals. 7 Enter the System Setup program and verify that the USB key has been detected by the system.
