ESC EM Turn Cut Sheet Feeder Mode On/Off Format: ASCII code: ESC EM n Decimal : 27 25 n Hexadecimal: 1B 19 n Comments: The following values can be used for n: 4: Mode is turned ON. 1: Selects bin 1. 2: Selects bin 2. R: Ejects a sheet. (No paper is loaded from selected bin.) 0: Mode is turned OFF. The command should not be used unless the cut sheet feeder is installed. It is ignored if any value other than 0, 1, 2, R, or 4 is used for n. See the Cut Sheet Feeder section in Chapter 7 for details. MSB control ESC = (equal) Set MSB to 0 Format: ASCII code: ESC = Decimal: 27 61 Hexadecimal: 1B 3D Comments: Sets the MSB of all incoming data to 0. Some computers always send data with the MSB set to 1, which means that italics or character graphics from the upper half of the ASCII table will always be printed.
