Troubleshooting Solving Media-Handling Problems The Cutter is Jammed n Switch the printer off. n Open the window. n With you finger and thumb carefully pinch together the cutter assembly plates (1) and move it to the left (2). 1 2 C472378 n If the paper needs to be removed from the printer because it is damaged, perform part of the procedure described on page 3-31, Removing a Roll from the Printer.
