4048-1xx Output tray full flag removal 1. Open the front cover. 2. Remove the two screws (A) holding the front top cover. 3. Remove the two screws (B) from the rear. 4. Lift the rear part of the top cover to clear the output tray full flags. You do not have to disconnect the top cover from the left and right guides. 4-18 Service Manual

Output tray full flag removal
1.
Open the front cover.
2.
Remove the two screws (A) holding the front top cover.
3.
Remove the two screws (B) from the rear.
4.
Lift the rear part of the top cover to clear the output tray full
flags.
You do not have to disconnect the top cover from the left and
right guides.
